I am a Londoner and I
have always been passionate about this incredible City; its history, its
dynamism and its cultural diversity. I grew up in Limehouse on East India Dock
Road, linking the East End through the Square Mile of the financial district
and on to the West End.
The East End of London
has long been home to London’s immigrant population, my own parents are Irish
and lots of my friends growing up were Jewish, Italian, West Indian and Chinese
(Limehouse was the original China Town).
London is more than just
a city; it is a global hub and cultural melting-pot. This is what makes it such
a fascinating place to explore.
Living in America
My unique perspective
has also been shaped by my boxing career. I have travelled across Europe and
North America, and spent a year living in Buffalo, New York.
Living in the United
States developed my passion for American history, and especially its many and
fascinating links to London.
Historical links can be
drawn between London and many countries across the globe. Having enjoyed
discovering foreign cities for myself, I am eager to share my knowledge of
London. I have devised several tours, including a classic tour of the City,
however I am flexible and can tailor a tour to you and your heritage.
Culture-specific tours
such as an American history tour can be arranged
with a booking as well as any other bespoke tour.
My tours welcome
everyone regardless of race, religion, ability, age, gender or sexual
orientation. My taxi accommodates wheelchairs and buggies. Dogs are very
welcome too!
