Project Description
Allow me to show you London’s hidden treasures. These tours are customised to your interests and ability. Wheelchair users, those with buggies and dogs are also very welcome.
We can:
See London’s beautiful parks and the monuments and statues within them.
Explore alleys and small passageways.
Take advantage of the pedestrian zones.
Meander The Thames Path which spectacularly showcases some of London’s most iconic sights.
The tours are circuits of approximately 3-5 miles and we can run, walk, wheel and stop as often as you wish. Start and return can be a central location of your choice such as a station, hotel, office or landmark.
Some examples of a running/walking tour:
St. Paul’s Cathedral – Take in The Bank of England (affectionately known to Londoners as The Old Lady of Threadneedle Street), The Monument and Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre as we explore alleyways, ancient churches, livery halls and historic pubs.
Buckingham Palace – Incorporate two of London’s royal parks; St. James’s and Green Park, see Horseguard’s Parade, Trafalgar Square and the elegant architecture of Mayfair.
The Tower of London – See this iconic jail, built by the Normans and then visit the various inns and pubs at the water’s edge each claiming to be ‘the oldest on the Thames’.
